Canvas – easy way to share content between teachers

This link shows you how to add a teacher to your whole course in Canvas if you would like to share all the content.

Adding Another Teacher to a Course in Canvas

Without using Commons.

•  Create the content.  It can either be a page, assignment, discussion, quiz, or a whole module.  
  
•   Click the 3 dots and select “Send To.”
  

  Type in at least 3 letters of the teacher’s email you are wanting to share the content with.  Select the teacher email when it shows in the list.  You may add more than one teacher email at a time.

The receiving teacher will see a small number on their profile icon in Canvas:

1.  Click Profile and select Shared Content

• A list of content which has been shared with you will appear.  Click the 3 dots next to the content you want and click import.

•   Select the course you want to import the content into and then select the module if you want.
