Clever is a Single Sign-On (SSO) which the district uses for rostering applications. The district uploads teacher rosters into Clever and then Clever handles rostering multiple different district applications. These applications can be found on the district page inside Clever. Because of the amount of time it takes to move from one company to another, a new student can take as long as 3 or 4 days to appear on a roster which is managed inside Clever. Many of the students use Stoneware (another SSO) to access Clever.
Clever can perform other tasks. These tasks are not supported by the technology department but teachers may try them as they want. This includes adding outside software which the GRISD technology department does not manage. The video below will give you a basic understanding of Clever.
