Network Issue Resolved

We had become aware that some Next Link customers may have experienced an issue where they could not get to any GRISD networks resources (,, etc.). This did not affect very many Next Link customers.
As of 1:15 PM, Thursday, November 2, 2017, that issue has been resolved. We have tested this resolution at homes where this issue was happening and the problem was not present.
We have closed the support ticket with our vendor and feel that this issue has been resolved.
