5th Graders Zoom to the Clouds
Mrs. Cox’s 5th grade science classes flew into the clouds using virtual reality. The students explored using Google Expeditions, VR goggles, and iPad minis.
JH 6th Grade Christmas Video
Mrs. May’s sixth graders used Google Drawing to create an original piece of digital artwork with a partner. Google tools allow for students to work collaboratively at the same time. AP Computer Science teacher, Rick Stover, did not let his new born son’s unexpected hospital stay at Cook’s Children Medical Center stop him from teaching his class. With a setup connected via Educational Service Center Region 11, Mr. Stover used a video-conference system to review for the class final.
