Please be advised that there will be some noise and light on the construction site during this time. The official school calendar has been amended by the school board which moved the BIG event day to the spring. BIG event will now be May 9th, not October 4th. October the 4th will be a regular school day. October the 11th, will still be a teacher workday with NO school for students. GRISD will also be closed October the 14th, Columbus Day.

In an effort to keep the community informed Due to recent statements made, we have asked for local law enforcement to provide additional support on the HS campus today. This situation has been investigated by safety and security as well as local law enforcement and it has been determined there is no credible threat.
