Start by downloading the GRISD app.
From the new GRISD app, toggle to Rooms in the bottom right corner.
Then toggle to the phone icon in the top right corner.
Enter your mobile phone number and touch send code.
Enter the code you received and click confirm.
After agreeing to the terms, you should see your student’s teachers.
If you do not get a code or see classes, we may need to link you to your student’s account. Please send an email to support@grisd.net for assistance.
We will need your student’s name and grade level as well as your name and cell phone number. After verification, we will be able to link your account which will allow you access.

CTE Construction Update: The construction crews will be pouring concrete at the south side of the new CTE building beginning at 5:00 am on Friday, October 18th.
SROs will be onsite to assist with traffic prior to school starting.

Just a reminder that Friday, October 4, 2024 is a regular school day for Glen Rose ISD. This was originally set as our annual Big Event Day but that has been changed to May 9, 2025.

Construction update for CTE
We are excited that concrete will be poured next week for the new CTE building!
The construction company will start pouring concrete at 2 a.m. on Tuesday September 24th. Please be advised that there will be some noise and light on the construction site during this time. SRO’s will be stationed at the site in the morning to assist with traffic for elementary and intermediate drop off.

All students will get into JH games free, but everyone will be required to have a ticket or pass to get into all HS games (9th/JV/Varsity).

The Glen Rose HS Choir attended the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest on May 26th, 2024 in Austin, TX. The choir soloist and ensembles did exceptionally great earning 5 gold medals for solos, 5 gold medals for ensemble and 11 silver medals for solos. We are so excited for these students and all their hard work! Way to go to The Voice of Glen Rose!

Glen Rose ISD Wins 2023 TAEA District of Distinction Award!
Only the top 5.5 percent of districts in the state, including Glen Rose ISD, earned the honor this year. The Texas Art Education Association (TAEA) announced the 68 winners of the 2023 District of Distinction Award. Among the list of honorees is Glen Rose ISD. The districts received the honor for providing a well-rounded education that advocates and integrates visual arts curriculum to inspire creativity and build social emotional learning that connect learners to their community and beyond. TEA is the largest state professional organization for art educators in the United States. It is the mission of TAEA to promote quality visual arts education through leadership, advocacy, service, and professional development.



Glen Rose High School had 2 teams participating in the state Debate contest. Avery Gray and Paisley Evans as well as Caleb Hudson and Brady Stephenson.
Both teams advanced into the State Finals in CX Debate and qualified for UIL scholarships. Avery also received the Fourth Place Top Speaker Award for District 4A statewide! Also attending were Canyon Evans and Seth Prather as alternates.
