You are able to change your voice mail greeting and the name on your phone using the steps below.

To update your voice mail, use the following steps:
1.  Press voice mail on the phone
2.  Enter your pass code. (Email tech for code)
3.  Press U for user options
4.  Press N for name.
5.  Press G for greeting.
