I graduated from Viroqua High School in Viroqua, Wisconsin in 1989. I graduated in 1994 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a major in Education. In 2008, I graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Master’s in Educational Leadership and in 2016 a received my Doctorate of Educational Leadership from Lamar University. I previously taught and coached for 13 years at multiple schools. My first principalship was at Hamlin High School in 2008, then four years at Snyder High School, as assistant principal and principal, and superintendent in Jayton for eight years. I am married to Ashley. Our children are Charlie (12), Ellie (10) and Alberic (10), who we recently adopted from Burundi, Africa. My family and I are excited about the opportunity to serve with the Glen Rose ISD staff and community. My wife, Ashley, and I look forward to raising our family in a close-knit community with small town values. Glen Rose ISD has a reputation of excellence, and we look forward to being a part of the Tiger Family.
