The Glen Rose High School Band had a very successful day this past Saturday in Aledo. The kids brought home 22 gold medals!16 students advanced from Region Competition to compete at state in May.The Varsity HS band competes at UIL Thursday Feb. 29 at 8:30 am. Thanks for your support!
Twenty-three students from the Glen Rose HS Varsity Choir “The Voice of Glen Rose” attended the UIL Region 30 Solo & Ensemble contest this past Saturday at Aledo HS. Students learned a classical solo, and two groups competed in the madrigal and Tenor Bass small ensemble division. They performed in front of a Judge for a rating on their performance. Read More …
The bleacher addition at the Softball and Baseball field has been completed. These additional bleachers will double the spectator seating at each field. There have also been tables added to finish the project.

The Glen Rose Elementary Pre-K playground has been completed and the students are enjoying so many fun activities on a beautiful day.
Tuesday, January 30, the JH One Act Play performed “Oz” by Don Zolidis at their district contest in Hillsboro. Out of four schools, Glen Rose placed 1st.
