UIL academic teams have been participating in The Virtual Meet Experience. They have completed two virtual meets which have included schools throughout the state of Texas. The Glen Rose HS Varsity and Non-Varsity Choirs will host their annual Christmas Concert on Monday, December 14th at 7:00 pm located in the High School Auditorium. The Concert is free and open to the public. Covid 19 protocols will be practiced. Please wear a mask and leave 6 feet or more of space between family groups.
UIL has posted updated UIL COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Guidelines on the UIL website, effective September 1, 2020. These changes are consistent with updates recently posted to TEA Guidance. Congratulations to Joel Mendoza and Trinidy McCoy for placing at the Regional Academic UIL Meet. Joel placed 2nd in Copy Editing and Trinidy placed 4th in Feature Writing. Both students will be traveling to the State Academic Meet in Austin on May 2-3.
