Glen Rose High School Tiger Choir Member Avril Tovar attended the TMEA All-State Small School Choir Music Convention at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX February 12th – 15th. She rehearsed three days with 128 All-State Small School Choir Members from across Texas. On Saturday, February 15th at the Stars at Night Ballroom, the Small School Choir performed in Concert, under the direction of the prestigious Dr. Kenneth Fulton from Louisiana State University for an audience of family, friends and choir directors from all across the state.
