Distance learning students enjoy explosive science.Students Viewing Distance Learning Session About Explosive Science
Mrs. Cox and Mrs. Emerson students viewed a distance learning session presented by Don Harrington Discovery Center through Connect2Texas and ESC 11. The session examined some of the chilliest science on the planet. Students discovered the physical changes which occur when solids, liquids and gases are exposed to the extreme cold of liquid nitrogen. Students were amazed as the session used liquid nitrogen to demonstrate the EXPLOSIVE power of expansion for the grand finale!
